Well, hello there!
Again, I am the kind of person that doesn't really sticks to things, so this little blogging adventure has been let in the dust.
Hopefully once I start doing more projects, I will also update this more often!
Recently, I have been super preoccupied with my school-work and activities that I have done close to nothing in my bathroom, which I am remodeling/redecorating. I had a weekend of pure determination a few months ago and tore down all the wallpaper and removed the light fixture and such (since then I have been using a nice extension cord and lamp for lights).
(ignore the messiness)

Not exactly very pretty -->

My Bathroom Progress report:
Vanity built (?)
Sink purchased
Paint Colors decided
Shower curtain fabric purchased
Wall design decided
Floor tiles found! (at Restore)
Faucet picked out (most expensive thing so far)

Fabric:

Here is the project I am most proud of so far:
I found this dining room table at the Habitat for Humanity Restore for only $25 and could not resist! I had the perfect idea. Cut it in half and make a bathroom vanity! So that's what I did. (Anyone need the other half? Because my garage sure doesn't)
I found the sink at Menards on clearance for $19, which I thought was a pretty good deal for it being brand new.

So, do you think it'll look good?
(Just sitting in my basement currently)
The theme of my bathroom is vintage and classic with green tones, so far. I am pretty indecisive.
And, THANK YOU SO MUCH! to my one member, Nonnie Rhonie!

Pallet nightstand/ Doily table cover

Well, now that I have my pallet bed, {thanks Ashley Ann} I have decided to make a nightstand/side table with my extra pallet! After MANY failed plans and designs, I ended up with this, which I absolutely love!
I also made up my mind to enter this into {Sew Dang Cute's Crafting with the Stars Contest}!

Don't you just LOVE these legs? I designed like 10
different legs and combined 3 to get the perfect one.
I love my Jigsaw :)

I also love how the wood still looks like the original pallets.
My favorite use of doilies ever...

Working with wood from pallets is complicated.
All of the boards are warped and different widths...

Hope you like it!! Support me in Crafting with the Stars

Well, I suck at this whole blogging thing...

Yup, second post ever. Great job! Anyway...

Finally, after a long 8 month wait, Crafting With the Stars is back! I'm so freakin excited! Of course, I'm not quite a star (yet), so I think I'll enter a project. Click the link below, peoples!
